PASTA MAKING CLASSES
Stephanie’s passion for her Italian heritage and cuisine has led her all over Italy to learn the ancient traditions of pasta making. First learning from her nonna, what she considers to be the strongest foundation, she is now sharing her skills, tips and tricks with those interested in learning how to make fresh pasta too.
